Rae Not Lydia is a non-binary musician who has been performing professionally throughout Arizona since 2016. Their single "Dead Inside" has received regional attention for their music video, which has been selected for People's Choice Music Video of 2019
by Phoenix's Indie Film Fest 2020. They are currently pursuing music in Denver, Colorado.

Rae began their music career as "Rae Lydia" when they released their debut EP "Gravitas" in 2016, a collection of four songs that tackle the earnest yet intimidating topics of depression, student debt, and life after death.
Since then, Rae has come out as non-binary, someone who is neither male nor female. Maintaining the standard of honesty with their fans, Rae came out as Rae Not Lydia, a name chosen with the support of their fans and closest friends.
Today, Rae is continuously writing and performing throughout their regional Arizona scene, from historical venues like The Rhythm Room to cult classic festivals like Sidepony Music Festival in Bisbee.
Ultimately, Rae's message through their music is that none of us are alone.
